CRIKEM S10N is a convenient to use liquid oxygen scavenger recommended for the complete removal of oxygen from deaerator heaters, feedwater storage areas, feedwater lines, condensate return lines, boiler internals and closed recirculating water systems.
CRIKEM S10N is controlled by maintaining a fixed sulphite concentration in boilers or feedwater lines. Sulphite concentration can be measured with standard industry drop-test kits available upon request.
CRIKEM S52 is a volatile steam boiler oxygen scavenger for use in shell and tube and water tube boilers up to 200 bar.
CRIKEM S52 does not contribute to dissolved solids thereby reducing boiler blow down and improving boiler efficiency. It can replace hydrazine and improve health and safety and handling issues associated with Hydrazine based products.
This product is ideally suited to large industrial and institutional systems where cost effective protection to the boiler system and ease of monitoring is required.
CRIKEM STP1 is a boiler phosphate program designed for high pressure water-tube boilers, for low solid and/or demineralised feed water.
CRIKEM STP1 is formulated to offer a specific hydroxide: phosphate ratio and includes specialized dispersants to ensure all solids are removed during blow down.
CRIKEM S22 is a concentrated boiler water treatment chemical used to precipitate calcium hardness as a mobile phosphate sludge in low, medium and high pressure boilers. It will also increase alkalinity of the boiler water, increasing the pH of feedwater to help maintain the necessary pH levels for metal passivation.
CRIKEM S88 is a neutralizing corrosion inhibitor recommended for the direct neutralization of carbonic acid in liquid condensate. CRIKEM S88 is effective in low, medium and high pressure boiler systems. This formulation exhibits a favourable vapour/liquid distribution ratio allowing for protection during the first or second stages of condensation and also at the furthest points of the condensate system.
