Crikem D CTN 6141

Crikem D CTN 6141 is a demulsifier product specifically formulated to break emulsions and allow water and oil to separate efficiently, producing low water cut and salts content export Oil and low Oil content in produced water. It has been trialed successfully and shown to be cost effective and is currently used in several fields in Turkmenistan.

Crikem D CTN 6131D

Demulsifier product specifically formulated for heavier, higher wax content crudes. It has shown excellent performance in waxy crudes by demonstrating fast emulsion break and water drop. Producing very low water and salts content in treated oil for export and low oil in water content of the separated produced water for disposal

Corrosion Inhibitors
Liquid products which reduce the rate of corrosive attack on metallic oil production equipment and systems, by forming a thin protective coating on exposed metal surfaces.
Antifoams/Defoamers; Water Clarifiers & Coagulants
Foaming causes many problems in industrial processes, for example, problems with filling of containers, giving false readings from sensors or decreasing product quality, just to name a few. We have suitable products for breaking existing foams, or preventing foams from occurring in oil based systems, as well as water based systems.
Scale Inhibitors
Aqueous based liquid products which inhibit the deposition of hard inorganic scales or unconsolidated scale sludge’s in oil production system and pipelines.
Flow Improvers and Viscosity reducers
A family of chemical additives that improves pumping operations in challenging conditions.
Biocides
Liquid products which kill or inhibit the growth of bacteria which can exist in oil production systems. Sulphate Reducing Bacteria can grow at water-oil interfaces and can form layers on surfaces of production equipment and tanks as well as accelerate corrosion by producing hydrogen sulphide as a by-product of their metabolism.
Completion and Workover fluids
Crikem products used during completion of a well, or a workover operation.
